Chirstmas Dinner

                       

LEAVE YOUR FORMAL HABITS AND PREPARE A NEW CHRISTMAS MEAL WHICH WILL STURNNING YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Are not you fed up to eat every year the same dishes for Christmas dinner? Are not you fed up to see each Christmas night the same faces who make all the time the same jokes which are not funny? Change your Christmas dinner and it will maybe change your life!

For the starter let s do stuff Tunisian croissants.

Ingredients

2 packets of flaky pastry            

230g of minced meat

1 onion

5 packets of parsley

1 cafe spoons of paprika

2 cafe spoons of tomato juice            

1 cafe spoon of hot chili sauce

2 soup spoons of olive juice

Some salt and pepper

Cooking

Minced the onions, then put onions in an oil frying-pan and add meat; tomatoes juice; hot chili sauce and shake during 3 minutes. Turn off the fire and put some salt and pepper. Cut the dough in 8 triangles part then put the stuff into the dough and roll it on, put it into the grill for 20 minutes.

Here we are!

 

For the main course, let’s do a special vietnamian meal, the beef of veg.

Ingredients

500g of beef

3 onions

2 soup spoons of soy sauce

Some pepper

2 carrots

350g of green haricot

5 Chinese cauliflowers

Some salt and olive juice

Cooking

Cut the carrots in fine slices, put the haricots in warm water during 8 minutes, cut the cauliflowers in lashes, minced the meat, put 2 spoons of olive oil in a wok put the onion slices with carrots and haricots and let them cook for 2 minutes then add the beef with soy sauce in the wok, let it warm up for 3 minutes and then it will be ready to eat.

 

To conclude let’s do an English specialty, the apple crumble!

Ingredients

6 pretties apples

150g of soft brown sugar

150g of butter

1 soup spoon of cinnamon

1 little packet of vanilla sugar

Some lemon juice

200g of flour

 

Cooking

Peel the apples then put them into a big dish, and then add on top of it some lemon juice with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. In another dish mix the flour; soft brown sugar and some butter then shake it. Put that on the apple plat and put it in the grill during 1 hour and 30 minutes.
